Q1 How Ddo I Become a picupi Mmember?
Click "Log In" at the top right corner of our online store and sign up with your email address, or sign in quickly using your Facebook or Google account. To enjoy member benefits and start earning rewards, please register before placing your first order. Orders placed through guest checkout are not eligible for membership benefits.
Q2 How Do I Upgrade My Membership? Is My Membership Permanent?
Your membership tier is automatically updated based on your annual spending in our online store.When you first register, you become a Shell Member. Spend NT$2,000 within a calendar year to upgrade to Pearl Member, or NT$5,000 to become an Ocean Member.
Shell Membership is permanent once you register. To maintain Pearl or Ocean Membership, you must continue to meet the annual spending requirement of NT$2,000 or NT$5,000, respectively.
For example, if you register on January 1, 2026 and spend NT$2,000 or NT$5,000 between January 1 and December 31, 2026, your membership will be upgraded on the day you reach the required spending threshold. Your upgraded membership benefits will remain valid for one year from the upgraded date. To keep your Pearl or Ocean Membership, you will need to meet the same annual spending requirement again during the following calendar year. Otherwise, your membership will automatically return to Shell Member.
Q3 Can I Earn Reward Points When Shopping at the picupi Net Zero Living Lab?
Yes. Purchases made at the picupi Net Zero Living Lab Concept Store are eligible for Reward Points. You will also receive 1,000 bonus Reward Points when you refill using your own container.
Please note that membership tier upgrades are currently based only on the actual amount paid for orders placed through our online store.

Q1 How Do I Earn and Redeem Reward Points?

You earn 1–3 Reward Points for every NT$1 spent, depending on your membership tier. You can also earn bonus points by participating in selected promotions, such as receiving 1,000 Reward Points when you refill using your own container at our picupi Net Zero Living Lab Concept Store.

In addition, members receive 1%–3% Store Credit on eligible purchases, depending on their membership tier.

100 Reward Points can be redeemed for NT$1. There is no limit to the number of points you can redeem per order. Simply select "Use Reward Points" during checkout and enter the number of points you wish to redeem. Reward Points and Store Credit can only be redeemed for purchases made through the picupi online store.
Q2 Do Reward Points Expire?
Yes. Reward Points are valid for one year from the date they are issued. Any unused points will expire automatically after the validity period.
Q3 What Happens to My Reward Points If I Return an Order?
If an order is returned at the customer's request, any Reward Points used to redeem that order will not be refunded, and any Reward Points or Store Credit earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.
If an order cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond your control—for example, if payment fails and you need to place a new order, or if the order cannot be delivered and must be returned—the Reward Points used for the original order will be restored to your account. Any Reward Points or Store Credit earned from that order will still be automatically deducted.
Birthday Rewards & Exclusive Coupons
Q1 When Will I Receive My Birthday Reward?
Your birthday coupon will be issued to your email on the first day of your birthday month. To receive your birthday reward, you must complete your membership registration and fill in your birthday information before the beginning of your birthday month. If you register during your birthday month, your birthday reward will become available starting the following year.
Q2 When Will I Receive My Membership Upgrade Coupons? How Long Are They Valid?
After your membership is upgraded, your exclusive benefits—such as free shipping coupons and member-exclusive discount coupons—will be issued to your email the last business day of that month.
Q3 Can I Combine Coupons? Is There a Minimum Order Requirement?
Only one coupon can be used per order, “Free Shipping Coupon”, “Storewide Discount Coupon, and “Hidden Coupon” are not applicable to products in the Short-dated Goods Section, Subscription Plans, Special Offers, or other promotional items.
Each coupon has its own minimum purchase requirement depending on your membership tier. For example, Pearl Members receive 10% off their first purchase over NT$299, while Pearl and Ocean Members can use a free-shipping coupon on orders of NT$499 or more.. During checkout, our system will automatically display the best available offer for your order.
Q4：What are “Hidden Coupons”?
Hidden Coupons are exclusive surprise offers for Ocean Members, available from time to time. Depending on special campaigns, new product launches, or featured products, we may occasionally offer exclusive coupons to Ocean Members. Offers may include discounts on selected products, limited-time promotions, and more. The offer details and eligibility requirements may vary with each coupon.
When a Hidden Coupon is available, we will send an email to Ocean Members with details including the offer, validity period, and terms and conditions. Be sure to check your member-exclusive emails so you don’t miss out on these occasional little surprises!
