"picupi" focuses on the research and development of healthy, safe, and sustainable home cleaning products. With fully circular design at its core, we insist on zero waste from production to packaging, emphasizing water conservation and waste upcycling.
Biological Cycle
The entire product line utilizes discarded golden clam shells from Hualien’s Li Chuan Aquafarm. Through high-temperature calcination, these are transformed into "Shell Calcium Oxide" antibacterial powder, which has earned the Ecocert 100% Natural certification and is SGS-verified for an antibacterial rate exceeding 99%. This patented technology allows shell calcium oxide to replace synthetic preservatives by naturally inhibiting bacterial growth in detergents. All products are free from formaldehyde, preservatives, bleach, and fluorescent agents. Furthermore, the detergent wastewater has a biodegradability rate of over 97%, ensuring it does not cause water eutrophication.
Industrial Cycle
Our bottles and paper packaging adopt the "Cradle to Cradle" (C2C) design philosophy. We utilize 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic bottles made from recycled Let's Café commercial milk bottles from FamilyMart, while paper packaging is produced using recycled paper and soy-based inks. After use, consumers can easily separate the paper packaging, allowing them to enter municipal paper and plastic recycling systems respectively—achieving multiple life cycles.
Picupi partners with suppliers verified by third parties: Taiwan FamilyMart Co., Ltd., Dafon Environmental Enterprise, Living Fountain Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd, Micro-Tech Foods Ingredients Inc., Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation, and Cheng Loong Corporation, ensuring transparent and traceable product origins and ingredients.
