Shipping Policy

• Domestic delivery to your door

The ordered items will be shipped with assistance from T-Cat Delivery Service. Currently, T-Cat Delivery Service does not offer the option to specify delivery dates/times, and next-day delivery is not guaranteed in some areas. If there is no one available to receive the package, a T-Cat Delivery Service logistics specialist will contact the recipient to arrange another delivery time.

※ Delivery service delivery scope: all counties and cities in Taiwan, selected areas of Penghu, selected areas of Kinmen (Kinmen main island, Lieyu Township), Liuqiu Island, all areas of Matsu, and Green Island.

Arrival Time

Estimated to be deliveried within 1-2 working days after shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return an order and request for a refund within 7 days from the day the order arrives at recipient’s address. Please note that this period is not a trial period. If you wish to return the item, please ensure that the product is in new condition with complete packaging. Any damage or stains may affect your return rights. When returning the item, it must be sent back in its original packaging with all accessories included. The postage for the return is at the consumer's expense. Before shipping the return, please contact our official customer service.

If you discover any major defects (such as damage to the product, significant stains, etc.) in the product after receiving it and therefore require an exchange, please provide the purchase invoice, order number, detailed descriptions with photos or videos of the issue to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. You can submit your exchange request through customer service email: service@picupipartner.com , or by sending a private message to our Facebook fan page. Our team will handle the exchange process promptly.

The following circumstances may affect your rights to exchange the product:

(1) Any damage to the packaging of the product, including removal of seals, removal of tags, removal of adhesives or removal of labels.

(2) If the product or the packaging are damaged or lost for any reason when returned, we will notify you the situation and have the replacement fee deducted from the refund. We will not charge you more than the full price of the product.

(3) Please do contact us before returning any items. If you skip this step and that leads to lost or damage of the item, then we are unable to make an exchange or refund.

Refund (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days and will automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refund Being Delayed (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
